11/17/11 So It's been two full days of veganism

Now I have two full days of being vegan under my belt along with doing yoga and chi gung again. Yesterday I had oatmeal with some chocolate almond milk for breakfast, an emerald nut blend for a mid morning snack, black bean and corn chowder leftover from last night, my next snack was dark chocolate almonds, and for super I had carrots and hummus along with my wife's stuffing concoction she used in her stuffed peppers. I also had some Arizona RX tea and some fruit juices along with a half gallon of water throughout the day. I am probably going to make a chi gung video but who knows will see how everything goes.
